The Search and Rescue Network (SAR) is a kind of emergency network that pursuit people in need or imminent danger. This paper aims using priori optimization to demonstrate the optimal assignment HFDF receivers Generalized (GSAR) network, which independent weighting transmitter areas. mathematical model seeks two objectives, first one maximizing expected number LOBs for receivers. second providing fair share allowed cover frequency. result shown efficiency presented ran by CPLEX toolbox MATLAB 2020 software.
